Proposed Amendement - (PWFCP2-BY-LAW's) To Be Placed Before Director meetings Followed by GBM

PRAJAY WATERFRONT CITY PHASE-02  DRAFT PROPOSAL                                              By-Laws Amendments Proposal   01-    Nomination   1.1    Let the sale deed holder and registered society member only be eligible for nomination. In special cases, if any family member is interested in nominating themselves, such case Will Deed/GPA or a Copy of NOC is required, and its approval is subject to DIRECTOR's APROVAL followed by placing before GBM approval for sending to nomination. 1.2 For fair negotiations with the builder, the nominating person must not take up any job( paid or honorary) with the builder( prior to six months) or the society-related clerical or supervisory jobs. After the complete handover of the project, members may take up a job with the builder.   02-    Self-Declaration   2.1    - A director member who is interested in nominating must declare to devote a minimum of 30 Hours of community service in a month, irrespective they are residing in P

In the reply of GS, The Managing Director briefed that at present, the Prajay waterfront city phase 02 development is at good heights, and owners must come forward to pay maintenance, which is due for long period

    011- The majority  of house owners are in favor of giving maintenance dues to society accounts only and making society as accountable as well. If the owner pays to Society, then once a month by Society account, we could pay you whatever maintenance dues are received monthly. Initially, it will be a little hard, but soon it may get streamlined with the support of Prajay staff and EC member coordination. we are seeking your opinion on this line .   022-    While  collecting the response from owners via GBM, door-to-door, and one-to-one calls, we came to know that many of the houses are still a year in duration, and they paid already for a year advance during handover. We have received doubts and rumors from Phase 02 residents. To clarify this, we would like to share the document issues from the Prajay Head Office, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana State, India. 

First-aid box with the availability of basic medicines in PWFCP2

 Dear All Owners  Greetings  It gives immense pleasure to share that from now on, our society will have a first-aid box with the availability of essential medicines. The medicine shall be suggested by Dr Apoorva Ji, MBBS, (MD) House no 242. Initially, the medicine stock will be available at Sri Sriniwas Sheshan Garu House No. 16 on a trial basis. Requesting all owners and residents to avail of this primary first-aid medicine facility.  This task is currently supported by Prajay waterfront city Phase 02 Society and is free of cost to residents . At this juncture, we thank Dr. Apoorva for giving consent to sharing prescriptions and medicines on fundamental health issues & first-aid purposes. πŸ™πŸ»Stay Safe Stay Happy πŸ™πŸ»

Society Request by refraining from immoral acts and supporting good causes.

 Dear All Owners,  It is important to note that we should not live with jealousy and egos. Instead, our prime duty is to live with peace, harmony and happiness with all owner's houses.  Difficulties are part of life, and everyone faces them differently, so our utmost efforts must not disturb others to solve our difficulties. Whenever an issue arises, the problem comes mainly with a dual nature, and sometimes, time could be of a single side.  We are thankful to Prajay mgmt and our Chairman for yesterday's issue, who promptly looked at and solved the problem on time. Still, the post-story seems more painful when someone receives unethical allegations  & hard-tone threatening messages.  Remember, if there is some issue, the complaints come, and  society, builders and locals are the first desks to whom the victim approaches his/her problem.
