    011- The majority  of house owners are in favor of giving maintenance dues to society accounts only and making society as accountable as well. If the owner pays to Society, then once a month by Society account, we could pay you whatever maintenance dues are received monthly. Initially, it will be a little hard, but soon it may get streamlined with the support of Prajay staff and EC member coordination. we are seeking your opinion on this line .   022-    While  collecting the response from owners via GBM, door-to-door, and one-to-one calls, we came to know that many of the houses are still a year in duration, and they paid already for a year advance during handover. So, Society would like to know How many houses are eligible to participate in the maintenance dues?  A detail of houses and their owner’s information will help us to quickly connect and brief the builder’s proposal and society's opinion on that.     033- ...

Dear All Members  Good Morning,  I hope you are all aware of the significant development progress in the PWFCP2 in September 2023; among them, a few are  Electricity Meter Transformer Ganesh Utsav Preparation Neat and Clean Roads and Streets Apart from that, I am sure each one of you has witnessed the Drainage issue surge as a significant issue before all of us. It has been solved to a certain extent, but we must meticulously devise a successful plan to overcome such an issue, at least for the next few years.  When we discussed with the Site office, they just advised that some base issue is solved, and for more, they need detailed planning, which may be witnessed in the upcoming time.  At the same time, from the desk of some sound civil engineers, I have received a little gentle advice to minimize it via external monitoring.   PRAJAY WATERFRONT CITY PHASE 02 Situated in Village Muraharipally, Shamirpet, Hyderabad comprising 27 Acers and 18 Gts.  The lush green beautiful area is HMDA's approved layout, where 483 houses and villas are shown in layouts and two extensive beautiful gardens apart from some more parks in the venture. Some owners feel that in the two big parks, there should be some cemented chairs for sitting purposes. As many owners also believe that in parks, if there are some cemented chairs, then it is suitable for people to sit, relax and do discussions in the park.  Society shares a voluntary call into the owner's group, and we are thankful for donators. Within a few days, more than 15 owners come forward to show interest in cement chair donations. A list of owners who have contributed to chair donations is listed here .
