Responsibilities of the Sub commitee

SUB COMMITTEE Society received 3 quotations. Society handed over 3 Quotations to above said sub committee. Sub committee will call 3 contractors for negotiations Sub committee will finalize one contractor after negotiations. Sub committee will recommend payment to the contractor. Sub committee will supervise the work. Sub committee will be admins in MB what's app group. Sub committee is responsible till water comes to the colony. Sub committee should obtain police permission SUB committee should obtain Grampanchayat permission Sub committee should collect the promised amount by Mr.Rohit Sub committee should collect Rs.20,000/- from remaining owners.
