Thanksgiving Note
Mission Bhagiratha is a Very Important project for Hyderabad, Telangana State.


In order to bring this facility based on the GBM discussion, our society invited house owners to give contributions of 20000 INR to the society account.


A full and final amount against each house shall be fixed upon final estimates.


Initially, for HDD work, we jointly proceed with prajay waterfront city phase 01, and for that, we need approx 5L to pay the contractor.

We are Truly thankful to these 28 house owners who come forward after discussion and conclusion in Special GBM and pay 20,000 INR to society accounts towards Mission Bhagiratha Water Project for Prajay waterfront city phase 02.

Maintenance issues - Prajay Water Front City Phase 02, Shamirpet, Hdyerabad

    011- The majority  of house owners are in favor of giving maintenance dues to society accounts only and making society as accountable as well. If the owner pays to Society, then once a month by Society account, we could pay you whatever maintenance dues are received monthly. Initially, it will be a little hard, but soon it may get streamlined with the support of Prajay staff and EC member coordination. we are seeking your opinion on this line .   022-    While  collecting the response from owners via GBM, door-to-door, and one-to-one calls, we came to know that many of the houses are still a year in duration, and they paid already for a year advance during handover.
