01-   W.e.f 15/10/2023, It was decided that any message in any of the owners' groups will be shared by the Chairman/Vice-chairman only. In case any message any director wants to convey to the owner's group requests to be sent to the director group first, the decision & action of sending it will be taken care of by the Chairman/Vice-Chairman.

 

02- In the independent house issue, Society will not be involved at any level. Let the owner and builder directly sort out the things.

 

03- Recently, it has been seen that in GP Park, some owners show interest in making it clear and clean with the help of some owners’ funds contributions. In this regard, Society does not endorse or stand on such an issue. However, some like-minded people can voluntarily come forward and do the same in the best interests of Prajay Waterfront City Phase 02.

 

04- In continuation of the above, during the discussion, it comes to know that some owners have shown interest in cleaning the small temple area that has been unattended for many years. Society is not involved in the matter, and neither takes any stand. As an interest of some owners, anyone can join and do the work personally.

 

05- Recently, as a post shared by prajay site office staff about terminating outside vendors' services, Society will not be involved at any level and will be solely between the house owner and builder.

 

 

The meeting ended with thanks, and the next meeting will be held per the calendar schedule.
