 Dear All Owners    Thanks, everyone, for bringing up your concerns on transformers placement today,   I had a call with MD  on the concerns raised in the group on the place chosen by management to  install transformers,   Based on the call with MD, I would like to request all owners that whoever is having concerns with today's electricity developmental work in Prajay phase 02 make a detailed note where you can emphasise how it's concerning and affecting your house or the society and send mail to us at  < pwfphase2association@gmail.com >.    In the same course of action, please suggest any suitable place/area in your knowledge that can be more appropriate for placing Transformers.   We will consolidate and submit it to the MD Table at next week's monthly meeting.   Keeping all this info to him will save everyone time, and management can resume their work. The picture we are sharing is the recent picture of house no 29 with the latest Handover from builder to owner. The owner approaches the status of the newly built home shown to society members and requests to share the picture so they can ask for needful action from the builder. 

We, Executive Council Members, request that all owners please maintain the decorum of the wtsapp group. Only a few people are creating a ruckus and making disturbances for other wtsapp member owners.  I often said, Again, that we have four so-called prajay phase 02 groups, and you are free to share anything with them.   PRAJAY WATERFRONT CITY PHASE 02 Situated in Village Muraharipally, Shamirpet, Hyderabad comprising 27 Acers and 18 Gts.  The lush green beautiful area is HMDA's approved layout, where 483 houses and villas are shown in layouts and two extensive beautiful gardens apart from some more parks in the venture. Some owners feel that in the two big parks, there should be some cemented chairs for sitting purposes. As many owners also believe that in parks, if there are some cemented chairs, then it is suitable for people to sit, relax and do discussions in the park.  Society shares a voluntary call into the owner's group, and we are thankful for donators. Within a few days, more than 15 owners come forward to show interest in cement chair donations. A list of owners who have contributed to chair donations is listed here .
