PRAJAY WATERFRONT CITY PHASE 02 Situated in Village Muraharipally, Shamirpet, Hyderabad comprising 27 Acers and 18 Gts.  The lush green beautiful area is HMDA's approved layout, where 483 houses and villas are shown in layouts and two extensive beautiful gardens apart from some more parks in the venture. Some owners feel that in the two big parks, there should be some cemented chairs for sitting purposes.


As many owners also believe that in parks, if there are some cemented chairs, then it is suitable for people to sit, relax and do discussions in the park.  Society shares a voluntary call into the owner's group, and we are thankful for donators. Within a few days, more than 15 owners come forward to show interest in cement chair donations. A list of owners who have contributed to chair donations is listed here. Society is thankful to the owners who come forward to share cement chair donations to make this work realisation. 

When Four chairs arrive in our PRAJAY WATERFRONT CITY PHASE 02, we are thankful to Sri Sriniwas Shesan Garu, Shri Ramu Garu  & Shri Bheemaya Garu for giving easy access to venture and helping in the placement of chairs in the open park area. 
You can view the beautiful landscape park where four cemented chairs are placed for easy access to residents and owners.

PRAJAY WATERFRONT CITY PHASE-02  DRAFT PROPOSAL                                              By-Laws Amendments Proposal   01-    Nomination   1.1    Let the sale deed holder and registered society member only be eligible for nomination. In special cases, if any family member is interested in nominating themselves, such case Will Deed/GPA or a Copy of NOC is required, and its approval is subject to DIRECTOR's APROVAL followed by placing before GBM approval for sending to nomination. 1.2 For fair negotiations with the builder, the nominating person must not take up any job( paid or honorary) with the builder( prior to six months) or the society-related clerical or supervisory jobs. After the complete handover of the project, members may take up a job with the builder.   02-    Self-Declaration   2.1    - A director member who is interested in nominating must declare to devote a minimum of 30 Hours of community service in a month, irrespective they are residing in P
