An Humble Appeal to All PRAJAY WATER FRONT CITY PHASE 02 Owners



We, Executive Council Members, request that all owners please maintain the decorum of the wtsapp group. Only a few people are creating a ruckus and making disturbances for other wtsapp member owners. 


I often said, Again, that we have four so-called prajay phase 02 groups, and you are free to share anything with them.


Prajay Owner Group - You can openly chat and post anything about prajay. 

Prajay Friend Group -  You can openly chat and post anything about prajay. 

Prajay CLOSE Freinds - You can openly chat and post anything about prajay.

In PRAJAY REGISTRED GROUP, we ask that you keep abreast with the latest developments of society, and updates, and in case of some urgent issues in your house, you could post, complaints etc., which we may forward to the admin only. But further follow-up is your duty.


Regarding water or electricity or any major project issue, let us discuss it in GBM or else directly call the project coordinator.

Lastly, If any owner, even if they paid 2000 INR and still needs to submit the document & not procure a share certificate, we would initially respond. However, upon request, if they still do not submit a document, then we keep our doubt on and will mute any query reply.
