Electricity - Official Arrival in PRAJAY WATER FONT CITY PHASE-02

 Dear All Owners 

 

Thanks, everyone, for bringing up your concerns on transformers placement today,

 

I had a call with MD  on the concerns raised in the group on the place chosen by management to  install transformers,

 

Based on the call with MD, I would like to request all owners that whoever is having concerns with today's electricity developmental work in Prajay phase 02 make a detailed note where you can emphasise how it's concerning and affecting your house or the society and send mail to us at <pwfphase2association@gmail.com>. 

 

In the same course of action, please suggest any suitable place/area in your knowledge that can be more appropriate for placing Transformers.

 

We will consolidate and submit it to the MD Table at next week's monthly meeting.

 

Keeping all this info to him will save everyone time, and management can resume their work. Otherwise, this work gets stalled for a long, and then we have no right to say why electricity meters or transformers are not in phase 02.

 

We must get all the work done as early as possible. But at the same time, we must ensure that it should not harm anyone's personal property area or should not obstruct the passage of people by large.

 

MD also said that in the next meeting, some electrical experts will also be there along with him and will explain to us why they have chosen this area and any pro's concerns about other possible sites.
