Hello Everyone
As you're
aware, for the 15th Aug Celebrations, we are engaged in the preparation of
booking tents, chairs, buying cookies, and necessary materials for flag hosting
and General Body Meeting, followed by lunch for tentative 100 people.
As it's a society official event so expenses shall be working
out from the society account. However, to balance the event expenses, we feel
it's good to call some sponsors or contributors from inside or outside Prajays.
Although it's not mandatory but kindly treat it as a voluntary call where you
can contribute funds based on your choice, which will be utilities for
Independence Day Celebrations.
Please note again that there is no compulsive call; instead,
it's purely voluntary to give your choice amount of contribution to this event.
