Reg. Baseless Rumour about Misuse of (MB FUNDS) Society Account

 Dear All Owners 

Greetings of the Day !!!!


In the past, some days after INDEPENDENCE DAY we have notice in many groups belongs to PRAJAY PHASE 02 also in Registered Group, One Owner spreading rumour and stating that  MONEY from SOCIETY ACCOUNT utlised  in the ID Expenses seems belongs from MB funds. 


As a GS, Its my duty to clarify to one and all that MB fund contributed by 29 owners is untouched and its safe in our society account. Even if some portion is spent that too is done on MB project only.  Our maximum efforts is to place MB funds into MB Project Only. For Independence Day, and other society functions, we have corpus funds, we have share funds sufficient for now.


Its a time to applaud our young chairman Suresh Babu Garu and Our Treasurer Smt Vaidehi Garu's meticulous planning & efforts, out of  35625 INR Total Expenese 24715 INR society collect as fundraise through our various house owners. and Society paid only 10.910 INR from their account.


Whole day Independence Day program was a huge sucess and its entire credit goes to PHASE 02 Owners support and cooperation


At this juncture  I am whole heartly thankful to all owners whoever come forward and help in fundraising of total 24715 INR  towards Independence Day celebration in such a short span. 


I would once again appeal to one and all onwers, if even a single owner have any dount please come and contact us we shall be sharing entire  account details with you. But next time when you see such type people again discuss or mention anything about misuse of funds either openly condemn him, which is very important for now.  


In case you feel he could be true then in such case before reaction or participating in such useless discussion , first discuss with Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer or Secretary first, then your free to share your opinion in such discussion.

And keeping in view of such ill-mind post,  however it is not good to place society accounting public but we are also planning to place monthly expenses of society day-to-day work if it approve in next director /  GBM.
