Society Membership Procedure Form

Pay 2000 INR Fees to become a registered member of the Society. To pay 2000 INR fees, please pay by QR Code or a society account only. For more information, please click on Society Account Information. Please keep safe the transaction number for the record filling-in form. 

For Your Information, the 2000 INR received from the owner is divided as given below:
Admission Fees - 100 INR
Corpus Fee - 900 INR
Share - 1000 INR 

Fill out the Online Society Membership form 

Check your membership Status 

You may receive your house share certificate by wtsapp/email and in person offline during General Body Meetings.

    011- The majority  of house owners are in favor of giving maintenance dues to society accounts only and making society as accountable as well. If the owner pays to Society, then once a month by Society account, we could pay you whatever maintenance dues are received monthly. Initially, it will be a little hard, but soon it may get streamlined with the support of Prajay staff and EC member coordination. we are seeking your opinion on this line .   022-    While  collecting the response from owners via GBM, door-to-door, and one-to-one calls, we came to know that many of the houses are still a year in duration, and they paid already for a year advance during handover.
