Sri Vijayasaradhy is a postgraduate in maths and was associated with Indian Army as an officer and participated in the Golden Jubilee Republic Day celebrations held in 1998 at Delhi. Presently working in T. I. M. E as Assistant General Manager (academics). 

Conducted motivational programs in various management, science and technology institutions. He is mentoring thousands of students seeking admission into management and masters programs in various ( Indian and foreign) premium institutes/ Universities and guiding students in aptitude and employability skills for getting into dream occupations. Trained hundreds of young boys to join the armed forces as officers. Qualified master trainer certified by the "train the trainers" program conducted by Intel®.

    011- The majority  of house owners are in favor of giving maintenance dues to society accounts only and making society as accountable as well. If the owner pays to Society, then once a month by Society account, we could pay you whatever maintenance dues are received monthly. Initially, it will be a little hard, but soon it may get streamlined with the support of Prajay staff and EC member coordination. we are seeking your opinion on this line .   022-    While  collecting the response from owners via GBM, door-to-door, and one-to-one calls, we came to know that many of the houses are still a year in duration, and they paid already for a year advance during handover.
