Water - An Important natural resource lets save it

 We at PRAJAY WATERFRONT CITY PHASE 02, owner and resident, come from different places across the country, and this beautiful place is calm, peaceful and pollutionless. Since the registered society came into picture, many things are getting in the right shape with only the support and cooperation of owners. 

Alone, society can only do something the same way the owners are. But if owners cooperate and support society, then a number of things can get perfect shape and example for others. 

We strongly believe that water is an essential resource for all of us. First, we must accept that our  PRAJAY WATERFRONT CITY PHASE 02 has three bores. Out of that, only one is functional, and the other two need immediate attention for repair. Out of 483, the occupancy is not more than 200-225+ due to that presently water scarcity is not much, but ponder when either occupancy improves, or else the borewell is not functional. In both cases, we have to be in trouble and apart, blaming one or more parties, and our personal life disturbed for sure.

We have witnessed a good facility improvement with the support of our young, dynamic builder Sri Rohit Reddy, MD,  PRAJAY SYNDICATE ENGINEERS LIMITED in the past three months in terms of basic facilities, e.g. water, electricity (temporary arrangement), clean roads and good security; this credit goes to all owners only who have shown faith in registering society, and then executive council members have shown their selfless volunteering to give this to all of us. I hope you are aware that Society is committed to bringing MISSION BHAGIRATHA PROJECT to PRAJAY WATERFRONT CITY PHASE 02, and some essential work is also started. As a registered society, we are constantly receiving warm support from the owner's side, and we are sure in future also, this will grow in reasonable amounts. 

On this page, we will discuss a genuine problem with some of the owners facing due to an overflow of water. The reason may be owners are not here, and they put their property on rent, or else it's also a reason they feel this work should be corrected by PRAJAY SITE ENGINEERS. So let me clarify the same. In case during house handover, if it is not inspected carefully, then it is not easy for an owner to prove it was installed or not. 

We have some option to get to rectify- 

01- Please consult with the prajay site office and investigate the matter. If it is solved, it is well and good. 

02- If you need more time or are still awaiting a response from Prajay, I suggest consulting a plumber in the 1250-1500 INR range. He will fit the tank valve in your tank. 

You may pursue anyone as best of your interest, but at the desk of society's interest, we suggest you correct at the earliest.
