Upon asking about electricity, Venkat

substation, an area is identified. It is about to start once we get more
instructions from the electricity board. The site area is in phase 01; once the
substation is done, then it shall be utilised to transfer electricity to phase
02 and nearby places from this place.
About
asking about fluctuations and street light issues by the chairman.
Venkat briefed that now fluctuation is
reduced compared to the previous time, and after panelling, it will also get
better than present.
Upon asking for street lights, the
chairman suggests proposing to Venkat Rao Electrical engineer, to ensure at least 03 lights in each street (e.g.,
in the start, middle, and endpoints). In addition, Venkat asks to give the
house number where the street light is immediately required to fix on a
priority basis.
The chairman advises GS to look into the
matter and submit info to them at the earliest.
02-
Drainage Issue
Chairman, Share the concerns about the drainage
issue in multiple places in society and request staff to look at the earliest
and ensure no more such problems arise in the upcoming time.
Recently a drainage issue surged in the
society. During the discussion, Ramana Garu accepted that it was overflowing
due to heavy rains and rainwater being
connected to drainage in multiple places, and clogging was causing this. The
team is actively working on it and will be taken care of it. Few motors
were used to clean clogged areas.
03-
Flag Hosting Ceremony Preparation
Chairman
briefed that on 15/08/2023, we have a flag hoisting ceremony followed by GBM
and lunch, so ensure that the garden at Gate number #6 gets clean and place acement
base of 03 layers to get ready before 15/08.
AVV Ramana state that the garden will be
clean, and almost a significant road loop and adjacent streets will also get
cleared of unused material and debris. All necessary requests as placed will be
taken care of in the time frame.
04-
Prajay vehicle issues
Chairman
briefed them, though we suggested in previous meetings. Still, Prajay's vehicles
are parked in multiple undesignated areas, blocking driving access. Why do not
plan a specifically designated place, and it must not disturb the colony
driving permit?
Site staff assured us their vehicles would
be parked at designated areas, and if any of us found them in unusual parking
vehicles, please bring them to their notice by sharing the picture with us. He
says in the upcoming month, this problem shall be resolved.
05-

plastering work.

line of road cleaning and kerbing, currently,
work is going in Block C, and we will ensure no unused material and debris

debris.

increased in society but asked for shared SPOC at gates 06 and 07.

person is improved from last time. But it is essential to place a Single point

concerns if they want to connect with security.

single point of contact and would be marked in gate no 06 and gate no 07 for
security concerns.

total number of borewells and no of functional borewells in phase 02.
