Electricity - Some Points to be Analysed at this juncture

1. The electrical department and Prajay chose the place based on technical feasibility.

2. Prajay assured that the place will be secured by fencing as per standards. The electrical department and Prajay have responsibility for the work they do.

3. The electrical department already completed Pole work and other related planning and approvals for the current location.

4. Change in place will cause intermittent delay as the department had to re-do the survey and other planning and paperwork to confirm.

5. It took a long time to bring the work to this state, but it will return to 0 where we started.

6. If we block our work today, prajay will get an opportunity to say We got all approvals, and you stopped it.

7. Though we all agree to delay transformer installation to one more year, Change in place will cost extra and cause more maintenance costs in the future depending on the distance from the feeder.

8. Please suggest if any engineers in this group had a better plan to do this without much impacting all the above points.

9. If the work halts because of these issues, it would not be easy to re-initiate again. Please think over it.

Thanksgiving Note Mission Bhagiratha is a Very Important project for Hyderabad, Telangana State. In order to bring this facility based on the GBM discussion, our society invited house owners to give contributions of 20000 INR to the society account. A full and final amount against each house shall be fixed upon final estimates. Initially, for HDD work, we jointly proceed with prajay waterfront city phase 01, and for that, we need approx 5L to pay the contractor.
