As requested by our president I am here furnishing my opinion regarding the transformer installation location.

I strongly oppose the installation behind the plots 1 to 8 as it's intended for park area. 

I am the owner of plot 2 and I Prajay collected additional amount to buy this plot mentioning it as park facing. So, I don't want any dangerous things like transformers to be installed in that designated area as it can risk the lives of children and other society people who would use the park in future. 

Would request the society leadership team to make sure to address this issue and place the transformer in a different location. 03-09-2023

04th EMAIL 

By observing the location and power supply units in various gated communities, I feel and recommend to install the transformar in the same place and can be isolated with proper barrier for the safety of the visitors in the park. 03-09-2023

The area behind houses 1..8 is clearly designated for park as per approved layout. We will object to substation being installed there.

I took the plot because the park was behind it.   02-09-2023

 

02nd EMAIL 

I get to know that prajay management has decide to install a transformer in a designated area for park behind plot 1 to 8.

 

I am owner of Plot no.1 and as per the agreement I entered with Praja this area designed for park and now it's nature is goin to be changed, which is not acceptable.

 

I am requesting you all to please oppose this and arrange a place on Prajay land instead of a common place.

 

If final decision goes against the sale agreement, I am fine to take this matter legally in court.    30-03-2023

I don’t have any objection..regarding safety it is underground work so worries and if something has to happen it will happen ..and feeder is near to that area (park)so it’s a best place and it will also help to stop the encroachment by some owners.30-03-2023
