It is noticed By the Prajay Site office that you have unduly opened a gate in to the common area, causing inconvenience to other owners. The same was brought to your knowledge by giving a cutoff date to rebuild the broken wall which is common.

In the absence of any response from you, with due respects to you as our esteemed customer we are giving one more chance to you to rebuild the broken wall by removing the gate built in to the common area within two days after receiving this communication failing which we will be compelled to remove the gate and rebuild the wall by levying the cost incurred for such work. Kindly cooperate with us.
