Society Request by refraining from immoral acts and supporting good causes.

 Dear All Owners, 


It is important to note that we should not live with jealousy and egos. Instead, our prime duty is to live with peace, harmony and happiness with all owner's houses. 


Difficulties are part of life, and everyone faces them differently, so our utmost efforts must not disturb others to solve our difficulties. Whenever an issue arises, the problem comes mainly with a dual nature, and sometimes, time could be of a single side. 


We are thankful to Prajay mgmt and our Chairman for yesterday's issue, who promptly looked at and solved the problem on time. Still, the post-story seems more painful when someone receives unethical allegations  & hard-tone threatening messages. 


Remember, if there is some issue, the complaints come, and

 society, builders and locals are the first desks to whom the victim approaches his/her problem. Of course, when the problem spreads, it comes to some solutions. Why don't we owners remember we have bought only the house area, not the neighbours and venture area, and disturbance and encroachment are unacceptable by anyone in this technology age?


Let us live with harmony and peace. Our actions & our words prove about

 our identity, so I am requesting by large to one and all to help society by refraining from immoral acts and supporting good causes. 


Society has received the request and, at the same time, witnessed that if anything untoward happens with these veteran couples,  we will not stand with the accused, and any legal and official proceedings will be carried out. In such a situation, an owner will be responsible for their loss in terms of professional and personal. 


I look forward to seeing your support and cooperation.
