Day One Begins with the prayer and installation of the Sri Ganesha Idol in Sri Ganesh Park, near Gate No. 06, Prajay Water Front City Phase 02, Muraharipally Shamirpet, Hyderabad. Sri Durga Prasad Chary and Sri Vinay Babu Bolla Families participated in the day one pooja and Sri Ganpati Homam.

  Today, the society received the objection letter submitted a week ago by House No. 01 Onwer to Prajay Syndicate Engineer Limited (PRAJAY) Begumpet, Hyderabad.  The Builder version is that the transformer location is per provision and in consultation with experts in electrical engineering. They also believe such a letter will start the hurdle to bringing transformer and electricity in the PRAJAY WATERFRONT CITY PHASE 02.  As a society, we have prepared a standard interface where anyone can come and share their comments. Still, unfortunately, even in the call for an extraordinary general body meeting, hardly 20 people showed interest in appearing in the meeting, and due to that, we have to cancel the proposal for Special GBM. Surprisingly, the objection of the transformer for more than 4-5 emails; interestingly, some emails also favored the work in the exact location.  We have shared the updated information received from PRAJAY HQ with all owners [ 1 ] Even we proposed an interface [ 2

Dear All Members  Good Morning,  I hope you are all aware of the significant development progress in the PWFCP2 in September 2023; among them, a few are  Electricity Meter Transformer Ganesh Utsav Preparation Neat and Clean Roads and Streets Apart from that, I am sure each one of you has witnessed the Drainage issue surge as a significant issue before all of us. It has been solved to a certain extent, but we must meticulously devise a successful plan to overcome such an issue, at least for the next few years.  When we discussed with the Site office, they just advised that some base issue is solved, and for more, they need detailed planning, which may be witnessed in the upcoming time.  At the same time, from the desk of some sound civil engineers, I have received a little gentle advice to minimize it via external monitoring.  Respected Plot Owner It is noticed By the Prajay Site office that you have unduly opened a gate in to the common area, causing inconvenience to other owners. The same was brought to your knowledge by giving a cutoff date to rebuild the broken wall which is common.  In the absence of any response from you, with due respects to you as our esteemed customer we are giving one more chance to you to rebuild the  broken wall by removing the gate built in to the common area within two days after receiving this communication failing which we will be compelled to remove the gate and rebuild the wall by levying the cost incurred for such work.   Be fearless. Swami Vivekananda 1. The electrical department and Prajay chose the place based on technical feasibility. 2. Prajay assured that the place will be secured by fencing as per standards. The electrical department and Prajay have responsibility for the work they do. 3. The electrical department already completed Pole work and other related planning and approvals for the current location. 4. Change in place will cause intermittent delay as the department had to re-do the survey and other planning and paperwork to confirm. 5. It took a long time to bring the work to this state, but it will return to 0 where we started. 6. If we block our work today, prajay will get an opportunity to say We got all approvals, and you stopped it. 7. Though we all agree to delay transformer installation to one more year, Change in place will cost extra and cause more maintenance costs in the future depending on the distance from the feeder. 8. With References of [1] the responses received from different owners are shared publicly for all.  06th EMAIL For placing the transformer at back side of plot no 1 to 8 is not acceptable.  03-09-2023 05th EMAIL As requested by our president I am here furnishing my opinion regarding the transformer installation location. I strongly oppose the installation behind the plots 1 to 8 as it's intended for park area.  I am the owner of plot 2 and I Prajay collected additional amount to buy this plot mentioning it as park facing. So, I don't want any dangerous things like transformers to be installed in that designated area as it can risk the lives of children and other society people who would use the park in future.  Would request the society leadership team to make sure to address this issue and place the transformer in a different location.  03-09-2023 04th EMAIL   By observing the location and power supply units in various gated communities, I feel and recommend to install the trans
