Objection On Transformer Installation - Objection Letter

 





Today, the society received the objection letter submitted a week ago by House No. 01 Onwer to Prajay Syndicate Engineer Limited (PRAJAY) Begumpet, Hyderabad. 

The Builder version is that the transformer location is per provision and in consultation with experts in electrical engineering. They also believe such a letter will start the hurdle to bringing transformer and electricity in the PRAJAY WATERFRONT CITY PHASE 02. 

As a society, we have prepared a standard interface where anyone can come and share their comments. Still, unfortunately, even in the call for an extraordinary general body meeting, hardly 20 people showed interest in appearing in the meeting, and due to that, we have to cancel the proposal for Special GBM. Surprisingly, the objection of the transformer for more than 4-5 emails; interestingly, some emails also favored the work in the exact location. 

We have shared the updated information received from PRAJAY HQ with all owners [1]

Even we proposed an interface [2] where the owners having difficulty understanding this issue can plan jointly to meet with Sri Rohit Reddy, MD. Still, unfortunately, we were not able to get that too. 

In addition, the chairman of the Society, Sri Suresh S Babu, shared [3] that if the work halts, then what will be the consequences for phase 02, which is also listed and shared with all. 

Society is also happy to share the response received through email, where some send their objection to the site, but others support the work in the chosen location by builders. [4]
